Advice for Removing UCA Bolt?! (Yes I’m bending)

    My fender bent as much as it could. But it’s actually double plated further up and the nut is catching on this plate on the inside (which I cannot bend)

    Any tools or recommendations before I just cut this thing? I can pry it so it clears. But I can’t hammer and pry at the same time cause of the friction of the bolt against the pry bar.

    also, will I be able to cut this with harbor freight 42” bolt cutters?

    I bent mine with large channel locks to bend it outward. I believe I followed a TRQ utube video.

    was yours double plated like mine though? I’m not sure if all 2nd gens have this or not

    Hymm. I checked mine but couldn't tell if it is double walled. It wouldn't budge with hand pressure. I’d have to bend it out to see.
