So I have a 11 tacoma going to the 5100s front should i have any concerns for alignment at max 2.5 lift with stock front

depends on who is doing the alingment but the castor will be maxed out and the camber numbers can get close. Its a pretty tall lift to not have a good aftermarket UCA. it will also clap those stock springs out, the springs are almost stacking at that kind of lift. I would go the notch under max setting

    I agree with this completely.

I put a 2 to 2.5" lift using FOX 2.5's all 4 corners + heavy Deaver leaf spings in the back. Part of the package included aftermarket UCAs.

The UCA upgrades were absolutely required in order to achieve a proper alignment for the truck.

    ---

I self-installed the suspension but because I was lazy I neglected to get an alignment done. The truck drove like shit (dangerous bump steer, shopping-cart wobble tracking, etc.) and I ruined the last 1/3rd of the life on the set of tires I was running at that time. (Ruined them by putting excessive wear on the outer 1/3rd of the front tires, due to excessive camber.)

As soon as I had a proper alignment done & put new tires on it, it was back to normal, safe, confident steering and normal, even tire wear.
