If you live in CA, you must install CARB EO registered cat. Technically speaking, you cannot buy cat online and ship them to CA if they’re not CARB compliant, not saying Joe Blow will not try to ship them. Those cat without the CARB number will fail visual.

I highly recommend MagnaFlow cat over Walker.

I have read that Magnaflow cats don't always bolt on.

Haven’t ran into that issue. The shop I use to work for sells both MagnaFlow and Walker, the quality on the MaganFlow is much better than Walker from the metal to the welds. At the time, MagnaFlow had a 5 year warranty and Walker carries a one year. For the most part, the shop had more Walker cat come back for warranty. Talked to the Napa sales rep, they also confirmed they get more Walker warranty vs MagnaFlow.

If I was to buy for my truck with the intention of keeping the truck for a few more years, honestly, I’ll go with a MagnaFlow. I understand Walker is slightly cheaper and both are CARB compliant and offer direct and universal fit but the quality I’ve seen between the two is night and day difference.

This should be the correct part. Check your family emission under the hood. Make sure the family matches the screenshot I provided.

    BTW, O’Reilly has 20% off.

I searched the part number magnaflow 441770 and O’Reilly is the cheapest due to the 20% discount, $50 max discount.

Must ship to home to receive the discount. $532.99 before tax.

Mine passes smog, doesn't throw any codes. Depending on your state and which one you get, you may or may not pass visual.
