New 13WG Brake Calipers Do Not Fit 4Runner 17" Sport Rims

2008 Tacoma Base 4x4

New Raybestos FRC11554N/FRC11553N brake calipers, for my 2008 Tacoma Base 4x4 model, do not fit with second gen 4Runner 17" Sport Rims. The casting # on the original OEM calipers, 13WG, matches the casting # on the Raybestos calipers, yet the original OEM calipers do fit within the 17" Sport Rims.

New pads and rotors are also installed.

What could be the reason?

And what are possible solutions? New rims? Spacers?
