What important things do I need looked at and have maintenance done on at 397,356 miles ? I have owned this truck for a lil over 2 years and the mileage was around 342,000 and the only things I've had replaced and fixed has been the lower ball joints ( driver side broke on me ) both in front, and replaced the heater core valve. I've done oil changes at 3,000 up to 5,000 miles each time on time. Other than that I havent done anything else .

All the fluids and hoses . Most importantly the coolant and power steering. Transmission fluid as well.

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.
Clean the MAF sensor. Change the fuel filter. Flush the brake fluid. Clean the throttle body. Check your A/C idler pulley. Check your rear end because nobody else will do it for you.
