    Any advice on changing the motor mounts

    Do one side at a time, and you can use a jack (with rubber padding) on the oil pan to create some space to replace the mounts.

    I installed the Solid Offroad motor mounts and absolutely love the way it cleaned up the sloppiness of the stock mounts.

    Also if you have the V6 your fan blades will want to catch on the shroud as you jack up the engine, so its helpful to have 2 people (one gently jacks it up, while the other gently prys the fan blades away from the shroud by hand to guide them up and past it).

    I did the motor mounts on my third gen and broke the fan shroud lol, you gotta unbolt the shroud and move it up a few inches or what you said works too

    Don't forget there trans mount if you have a manual . There is some extra cab vibration while sitting and idling .
    Op I hope you have small hands.i did mine while my front diff was out it was still a pain in the dick.
