It's been a long 6-years of working very hard on my credit, but I finally got approved for one this month. It's just a 2019 SR (81k), but I couldn't be more stoked.

    Good for you!

Go light on the mod train $.

Keep working on the credit as well as getting the truck paid off early.

Debt isn't a fun thing, but debt free is!

Congratulations on your determination and hard work. Most satisfying being diligent on your finances working towards a financial goal. The SR is awesome. The 4 banger should outlast all of us. Is your model 2 or 4 wheel drive?

    Congratulations on the new truck!

That's the exact truck that made me want to get a 3G with the SX package, I never did get one. I guess I went to relocate some cars the paving company was redoing a parking lot and one of the workers probably the foreman was tooling around in a 2019 Tacoma Acces Cab SR with SX pkg. I quickly said to myself that's the best looking 3rd gen I have ever seen.

Scrubbed some tires, and knocked a dent out.
Glad for you! And not to be a dick, but I hope taking the loan meant it was realistic and in your budget.

Take care of it! Been pretty happy with mine so far.

Get it coated with fluid film or something similar if you want it to last up there
