Just trying to find the best place to tap in the harness. Can't seem to find any information on this for a 4th gen yet.
    Anyone done it?
I am using the heat kit from Clazzio with the 22mm high/med/low buttons.

There are 4 connections to be made. Constant power, Switched Power, Illumination, and Ground.

    https://www.clazzio.com/heated-seats.php

I thought about tapping into the harness that supplies power to the rear usb-c outlets but that doesn't seem to include an "illumination" wire, and the lights around the plug receptacle for the usb c power are always illuminated. And I cannot find a diagram for the harness.

    Thanks!
Been out of the Tacoma game for a few years. Glad to see this forum is still buzzing.

In case anyone finds this and wants to know what I ended up doing….
Pulled the center console, grounded in there. The interior fuse panel has fuse spots for (and fuses installed) for the heated left and right front seats even if you don’t have factory heated seats.
I ran “add a circuit” fuse tap things from those fuse slots and insulated wire under the passenger carpet to the center console for constant and switched power (which I just tied together) and I just left the illumination wire unused because I don’t really need it and didn’t want to run any more wires.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
