    I was wondering if anyone had knowledge of any difference between the 2nd/3rd Gen and 4th Gen truck bed swivel tie down d-rings? I am familiar with the 2nd Gen style and was looking to use this hardware to add some swivel capable tie downs. Before ordering thought I'd inquire here for anyone with experience of the 4th gen part?

    I looked up these part numbers:

    For 2nd/3rd Gen Tacomas:
    $35 PT278-35054 Truck Bed D-Ring
    PT278-35054

    For 4th Gen Tacomas:
    PT278-35231

    They look on screen to be identical? Thanks for any advice.
