My sr5 build thread

Tire rotation was done. No peep out of the tpms light dunno why it didn’t light up. Unless it still reads the spare. And not the tire that is in service which was the spare. A mechanic had said the sensors charge when they are rotating.

 

Well the build is fine new lights in the bed and engine bay. Now I just ordered a scanner tool supposedly it will reset my troubled tpms read out
Ancel td700 is what is coming in.

 

So the latest is a taillight upgrade. Via. That yt chick chloe. Tacoma beast is the vendor.

 

6 months later I move to Pennsylvania add a third tire rotation, cleaned the air filter ( k&n). And an oil change. Decided on the pedal commander for my next mod. I’m not interested in a tune, this mod for some reason , fits my needs more than any other.

 

Also removed the rear light bulbs and went with a Tacoma beast product that’s used the reverse lens as signals.

 

So. Anytime front camera install resulted in a blown ecu. (I have no idea). The front camera isn’t working but I do have anytime rear camera available now. Truck is at the dealers waiting on said ecu ( warranted) and now I have a ‘24 rav 4 for a loaner. Base line car nothing to see here.

 

And so it has come to pass. Truck came back good as new. Did I not see a pedal commander? I did , I did. Tomorrow is another day for that mod. Thinking city 4. For the setting.
