    Unless an NC dealer has exactly what you want, on the lot, at the right price, you should consider shopping outside the SET region, especially since you are on the edge anyway.

    SET is notorious for port additions to puff up their margins.

    Clearwater Bill is right on this one. Look in VA and avoid Toyota Southeast if you can.

    When I bought my Tacoma in 2021, it was a pre-build, pre-delivery allocation purchased off of the allocation sheet. I asked the dealer to remove all port-added options and the $699 oil changes, and they agreed to do it. Other dealers I called would not, and Toyota Southeast port options are double the price of other markets.
