    I just got a 2010 Tacoma regular cab 4x4 2.7 manual. I am going to use it primarily for beach driving. Do I need to turn vsc off when driving on the beach or not. I noticed when I turn it off the auto lsd activates and I don’t want it on. The tacomas I’ve had before were older models and didn’t have all this traction control stuff.

    You have to press and hold the button to turn off VSC and Traction Control, do note that VSC will turn back on automatically if you exceed 30 mph.
