Does anyone make a sunroof opening type shell that has removeable rooftop wedge?

I've been looking for months for a shell that is modular in nature that combines the ability to remove the rooftop tent when not in normal day driving use. I love the concept of being able to stand in the bed before/after sleeping with the above space' platform to be closed up to sleep.
This would require A) the shell ROOF to have a removable sunroof concept that would be water-tight when the camper isn't connected, B) the pop-up camper to have a matching sized opening in the bottom of the tent hardcase with sliding floor panels to close up the hole, and C) some type of sleeve/collar to block dust when on 2-tracks, and D) a solid way to connect the two together with clamps/locks, etc.
I'm wondering if anyone of you crazy taco lovers have done this before I start my plans for a DIY and if you have, would really appreciate thoughts, pictures, bad experiences, advice and or psychiatric recommendations for restless Taco addicts who can't stop doing shit to their trucks,

 

Was wondering same thing. Like idea of high top shell with opening inside to stand up with an attached roof tent.
Curious if anyone ever built something like this. May be quite a job to cut open the roof of shell... ?
