Good morning guys. Wife went to work early and just called. AC isn’t working at her business. Time to put on my AC repairman hat and get to it. Dodging rain and storms down here too. Have a great day!

Lawn work is easier if you have an able-bodied helper - on Fanny Friday! :)

She can help me anytime! I’ll be happy to hold the ladder for her.

AC repair was easy yesterday, it was just a clogged drain line. I had poured some vinegar down the line a couple of months ago but I guess all the rain we’ve been having caused the yuck to grow quickly. The shop vac sucked all the snot out and I capped the line temporarily and poured some actual drain line cleaner in there. Let it sit for 30 minutes then flushed it again. Unit was working well and quickly cooling the building down after that. I came home and flushed the house line too for good measure lol. Now I need to get some coil cleaner and hit both outside condensers.

    Have a great Friday!
