    I was looking for side bed rail covers for my 2019 Tacoma (6ft bed) on their site i matched up the parts numbers with the ones from the Toyota parts website and they sent me 2 different sides.
    when I got submitted my return form for the one wrong piece not only did they put it down as "no longer needed" as in I made the mistake and ordered the wrong part and not them messing up, they also denied my refund and said the part that i retuned was damaged.
