2019 climate control not working

Rain this morning, hit the defrost on my 2019, but now when i try to change to vent, floor, anything.. seem to hear it wanting to change, but air flow just blocks off. fan still running great, but like like the output is blocked .. defrost works when engaged, but that's all... any thoughts?

 

Sounds like the actuator door or whatever it's called.

 

any idea how to access it?

 

Oh Lord. Probably a pain in the ass. Might have to wait till people are off work to get a decent reply. I could very well be wrong in my assessment.

Edit: called a blend door looks like for toyota

 

Always check the fuses first with a meter.

 

Might be best to take it to the dealer.
