Do any of them actually functionally work to give more HP or improve gas mileage? I am not interested in the increased noise.

On paper there is some HP boost....but will you notice it is the question. The Tacoma already comes with a factory CAI.

CAI on forced induction seems redundant. People usually add the intake when they upgrade turbos.
