CVT awning with Billie Bars and ARB brackets

    reviving an old thread here.

    I have a 270 CVT awning i'm looking to mount onto my alucab. These ARB mounts look like the best bet.

    But what is the extra metal plate between the ARB mounts and the awning?
    edit* just watched your video. Its a quick attach plate? how has it been working? looks like it would be worth it with the billie bars

    These guys here… they’re also ARB. They works great for QD. No issues off-roading with them. I currently throw them on my Prinsu awning brackets on my prinsu rack.

    I have no idea sorry… but they’re made for awnings so I presume a basic lightweight awning is fine. Those heavier batwing style not so sure…
