About to get some new shoes for my truck. One of the fence between the Toyo Open Country AT3 and the Toyo Open Country R/T trail. I really like the aggressive look of the R/T trails. They would be a cherry on top with my new suspension kit but I do a lot of pavement driving during the week so the AT3s might be smarter.
Anyone got thoughts on these two?

Got the r/t trails... love the look and handling. Going from bfg a/t's doesn't seem to be much difference other than a little louder on highway. Both e rated.

(EDIT)I just saw the date of the OG post. What did you end up getting?

I have the Fallen Wildpeak R/T's and love them. I came from an M/T but with all the highway driving I decided to step closer to an A/T and love the smoother ride and the lower road noise too. If you don't think you will do much offloading, get the A/T for highway.

I ended up going with the RT trails. I just really loved the aggressive side wall and the AT3 doesn’t have that. They look sweet I get tons of compliments on my truck.

They ride pretty good. Smooth on the highway. I’ve yet to get them on the trail. I do get some road noise but I don’t really notice unless I’m listening for it and I usually have the radio cranked up I am also running a -12 offset. I’m sure the tire poking outside the wheel well contributes to a lot of that

    Whoops, I mistyped. It’s a 70 not a 75.
