Are you talking about the OEM gravel guard/engine slash guard?

or do you have an aftermarket skid?

Interesting. 90080-11373 are correct bolts. You paid $2.73 per bolt. I paid $1.67 per bolt. At any Toyota Parts counter it never hurts to ask: "Is that your best price?".

BTW, these are NOT "self-tapping", they screw in to threaded receptors. The correct heads are 12mm; those with 13mm seem to have correct threads. I replaced all mine with the correct bolts; someone had put in mixed 13 mm and 12 mm-head bolts (made removal confusing), and mixed bolt lengths. These bolts should all be the same length.

The bolts are referred to as self tapping although they are installed into threaded holes. They are most likely used in that spot due to the buildup of rust and dirt.

I would think twice about using non-OEM bolts from Lowe's, HomeDepot, and the likes. The bolts' threads are cut very slightly different from the OEM bolts, and when used for the first time one can feel a bit of a tightness. I don't know but I think their threads are cut a bit thicker than they are on the OEM bolts (1st-hand experience).

Buy the nine bolts from a Toyota dealer. They are worth the few dollars more for the extra peace of mind they provide, they fit perfectly, and if you're careful not to start them cross-threaded when you install/reinstall them, they will last a lifetime.

I found Sandia gives better pricing than American Toyota. I recently needed new oem wiper blade assemblies for my 2019 4Runner. American charged full retail, Sandia offered them at a discount.
