That particular one is Fear and loaming in Tillamook , OR.

    https://www.trailforks.com/trails/fear-and-loaming/

The new one we were working on is called Bat Country and is open to the public now but it's not unlocked on trail forks yet. It comes off the same trailhead. I got a bunch of helmet cam but haven't had time to go through it.

I'm going down that way to visit my brother in Monmouth next month. I'll have to check out those trails.

    Thanks!

No to both. Just that when you release the handle to tilt it it CAN go both directions. Down to store bike mode up to stored position, or my personal favorite- partially forward until it takes paint off your tailgate

Eagle Bike Park is good. There is also a bike park at the trailhead in the Military Reserve (Boise). Bogus Basin has a lot of flow trails as well as backcountry type singletrack (ATM- Round the Mountain). If you wanted to go for a truly epic ride, you can technically ride from downtown, all the way up to the top of Bogus and ride almost all the way back into town all on singletrack and fire road (eat at the lodge for fuel).

I don't always get photos but when I do I make sure I get in a solid turn bar.

So, maybe it's technically my 3rd ride, but first real one was today! Not really the most photogenic area, but effectively nonstop tech and some flow breaks kept me from getting too bent out of shape about it.

Did a great job of highlighting how out of shape I am, but the things I can climb now are pretty bananas compared to my old bike (~20 year old 80mm XC rig that's a little small for me). It's still a bit of a monster truck in comparison, but I am sure with seat time and some cockpit tweaks I'm really gonna jive with this thing. Somewhat surprisingly, I'm already in love with the AXS, made a believer out of me today..

Also, the 1up rack was a really nice move up in the world as well!

Got out for a chips and salsa lap in glorietta before driving back to colorado springs yesterday. was down in santa fe for family stuff and had to get out early for a ride.

goddam chips and salsa is such a nuts jump line thats not at a bike park. bigger than spider mountain (except maybe that one drop at spider) for sure. such cool features on chips and salsa too. gotta get back down there and just spend a day sessioning everything

It all started with joking with my wife months ago about my next bike maybe being pink..funny how life works out sometimes. :D

I felt completely validated on my decision though when I was lost on the multi-use path trying to find the trailhead, and I saw this little girl walking with her mom stop dead in her tracks and point, "Mama that one is so pwitty!!"

Yeah just getting back into it. Haven't really been on a bike in probably 6 years but recently did a mtb tour in Sedona and had a blast and reignited the fire.
