I've had a seatbelt from a 1999 single cab with bucket seats in my parts pile for a while. My configuration is 1999 extended cab w/ SR5. Visually the belts look identical but the part numbers vary by 1 digit between extended cab and single cab online. I believe the part for my truck is 73220-04090-B0 but cannot find the matching part for single cab, the closest is 73220-04080-B0 (but is for a bench seat).

Is there any part interchangeability between belts? I know bench seat and bucket seat are different but this belt came from the same configuration as my truck except single cab.

There's a ton of variation, I haven't seen anyone definitively answer what changed and why.

From what I remember, the cab-side mounts are different between single and extended cab, so a belt from a single cab won't bolt into an extended cab. I could be wrong here though, it's been a while since I've thought about it.

The receiver-side buckle also varied a bunch, but that's easy enough to test. Since you're dealing with the same year of truck it'll probably buckle just fine.

Since you have all the parts in hand, your best be is to go outside and try it: If the buckles buckle and the mounts mount and any plugs plug, you should be good to go. I don't think it will, but you have everything you need to know for sure.

Awesome that was a huge help, seems like it won’t bolt on. I’ll give it a test fit eventually but going to go the route of getting the webbing rebuilt on my belts now.
