Hello, I have a 2023 4runner, few months ago I noticed an issue and I thought I imagined it but it just happened again, not often but once in a while when turning on the car the ac isn't blowing any air at all, I just roll the knob to the off position and then back on and it works like it resets, have anyone experienced something like this? Is there any common issue?

In my wife's 2022 4Runner Limited, I noticed it won't flow air until the car has run a few minutes, whether it's the AC or the heater. I've always assumed it was computer being smart and not running the fan until the car thinks it will be effective, at least in "auto" mode. It's done this since we got it, and never gave it much thought over the last three years. But then, I haven't read the manual either LOL, and more importantly, I haven't been asked to fix it by my wife :)
