What tire pressure are you running? Do you have any alignment numbers?

First question is when you do balance them, how much weight is added? tons or not much? Also, are you road force balancing them? edit: are they aftermarket wheels?

I will add to this. Are the wheels bent? They could still be balanced, and weighted correctly, but if they are out of round that could cause uneven wear issues.

Sounds like you did all you could do OP, this is a tough one. What evidence are you finding that tells you they go out of balance? How long does it take for them to go our of balance? Can you isolate the out of balance to the front only-(and I guess this would likely affect front more than rear)? I have heard of hubs getting bent, do you think that could be an issue here? A way to test this would be to spin the mounted wheel/tire on the truck then visually inspect for wobble or out-of-round condition.

Not wheels bent , I didn't road force, before I balance them I did put in balancing beads ,they work pretty good but I noticed that every time I hit an uneven road the steering wheel started to vibrating I had to slow down till stop shaking, that's why I had to take them out, going to do what thomasburk recommended, thank you all for your help

Wait, so you're saying, you have the wheels balanced and then after a couple/fews weeks, your front end starts to wobble and you pull the tires back off and they are out of balance again?

    Balance beads work really well,
what you are describing is death wobble, time to look at ty-rods both inner & outer, its not tyres out of balance.

the only reason would be alignment. Something is out of whack and I do not believe its the tires. Have you tried swapping rear tires to front and see if it continues? You could rule out tires that way...

Let’s see those alignment numbers. Since components have been replaced would like to see the caster #.
