Welcome to the forum & congratulations on the sharp looking truck

I would change every fluid in the truck including the brake and coolant.
Most of these are pretty easy to do yourself.

That sounds like a good service history and a great truck. I would personally change all the fluids to give it a fresh start and go from there. DaveSR5s advice seems good but you are also probably good just doing a drain and fill if you aren't keen to dig that deep.
