Seeking Recommendations!

Hello!

I’m new to Tacoma world after considering a Tacoma for *years* and finally feel ready to the leap. I live in the Bay Area and love getting into nature over the weekends, and have big dreams of overhanging and meeting/learning from other Toyota enthusiasts in the area.

I’m was commuting in a BMW that was totaled by a reckless driver after just a few months of ownership, so I’m back to my original dream of getting a Tacoma that can be my baby and adventure buddy, and looking for recommendations! I test drove one last year and was in love, but talked myself out of it. Currently considering a TRD Pro with a short bed but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Things to know:
-I’m 5’ 2” so power seating for extra visibility is a must
-Would love leather interior but it not a must (open to after market updates down the line)
-Ideally would like more advanced safety features
-Want something that will be relatively comfy on pavement
-My partner has a Subaru but this would be my main daily driver
-I don’t imagine going heavy off-roading - more dirt roads and lowkey trails but who knows!
