Hi all. I’ve scanned high and low here to get my new 4th Gen Trd ORP loaded with what I can.
Had the fun task of having to order a new rack but most of the previous accessories are easily transferable.

I’ve since installed a new roof rack and re installed the Strands Siberia 22” light bar. This is where I need some help as I can’t find anything online or on Strands website.

Using the Aux 1 in the engine bay and pig tail, I linked the light bar to the following
    Strands + / Pigtail Black
Strands - / Pigtail White Black
Strands Drl (acc fuse tap) / EFI Main No1 fuse.

It seems the Amber DRL is a bit dim from previously on my 3rd gen as potentially the main light bar when powered.
Have I messed up somewhere? Im going to go back into it today as the Light bar DRL has 2 options of Amber or White. So might look to tap the white drl to the Aux 1 so the light bar and the DRL turn on.

On my 3rd gen I had a wiring harness that would link directly to the battery -/+ and a switch you have to push thru the firewall. The Amber DRL linked into a ACC fuse and ran well.

    Appreciate any tips!!

I am not familiar with those lights, but looking at their web site there are probably several ways you can set them up. The easiest might just be to control them with the AUX switches and manually control each function. They don't appear to be high power AMP drawing so the AUX switches should be able to handle it, but their numbers don't seem to add up.

59 watts is 4.92 amps, 5.5 watts is .46 amps, and 13 watts is 1.1 amps. 5.5w + 13w doesn't add up to 59 watts, but maybe I am not understanding what they are stating.

I like having the DRL lights all connected to the DRL power at the headlamp signal connector harness so all DRL's come on with normal factory lighting.

I see some suggestions to use this "STRANDS CABLE WITH CONNECTORS DT-4 TO DT-2" https://strandseurope.com/product/connection-converter-dt-4-to-dt-2/ which might suggest to me the yellow and white wires get wired to the DRL and Turn signals in the headlamp DRL harness and then you would connect the Red wire to either AUX1 or AUX2. AUX 3 is only a 5 amp so I wouldn't use that for the Red power wire.

went back into it. I lets the wiring for the pigtail as is as it works off the Aux 1. But stretched the Amber direct to the battery and is a lot brighter. I guess I’m trying to figure in the drivers fuse side what has a higher ACC output than others potentially? But thankyou for helping out!!
