    Hey everyone,

Can anyone in Ontario recommend a good shop to install a Dobinson MRR suspension in either the Ottawa or GTA areas?

I've spoken to some shops local here in Northern Ontario, but no offense to them, they only work on half-ton trucks and don't install much more than lift blocks. So as soon as I said my kit has remote reservoirs and need to have fronts adjusted for Taco-lean, I'm put on hold and a few minutes later guy says "Yeah, we could probably do that."

I have friends and family in Toronto and Ottawa and am in either city often enough I can make the time to leave my truck with someone who knows their way around a Taco.

The Dobinsons kit is really something and given what I spent on it, not willing to let just anyone have at it.

    Any recommendations appreciated.

And no I don't have the skill let alone tools do do any of this on my own!

    Thanks!

There's nothing special about Dobinsons that would prevent any shop from installing them. Lots of shocks have remote reservoirs. It just involves bolting a bracket to the truck at each spot, nothing complicated.

And don't say "adjusted for taco-lean". Just say you want the driver side to have 1/4" more preload.

Just look for a shop that works on Toyota's often. That might be a Toyota dealership, or just some random off road shop. If they are familiar with Toyota independent front suspension, they should have no problem swapping shocks.
