In the same boat as you minus the seized adjusters. I've sent them an email about rebuild kits, quick adjusters and about a 2" or 3" rod end to see if it would fit these shocks so I can comfortably run a 3" rear lift. Apart from having to use an allen key to adjust mine its a great setup. Likely going to get mine cerakoted as well cause they've started to tarnish. Once I get a reply though I can post some more info.

What I know so far is you need the BILSTEIN Gas Filling Tool (Part #193000) to top up the nitrogen in the shock (think they say keep it around 180-220psi), but its just a schrader valve connection so you could probably make your own or have a hydraulic shop top it up for you. I heard the oil used is similar to aw-32 hydraulic oil minus the dye or you can just buy a gallon of "bilstein shock oil".

Anyone running these on a third gen with 35s? Do they offer 2” front lift or 2.2? Can’t find a clear answer
