Not grilling but cast iron is still legit. These pork chops were on point and that gulf of garlic is the best garlic I’ve ever made. I must be channeling some long dead chef or something. Is it just me or is it nearly impossible to mess up foods in a decent cast iron skillet?

I'd never thought of throwing eggs in...that's a great idea

 

I make this in a pot on the stove most of the time, just for myself. I use the baby potatoes as they take about 15 minutes to cook through..which ironically is how long it takes to hard boil the eggs. So it works out well for me.
