Hi! I just got these lights at the same time, which is very unusual, I think..
Stoped at the Auto Zone and they did the free check. The first code is P0128, and this is a Coolant thermostat fault.
The second code is C1422 Master Cylinder Sensor Zero Point High. This is an ABC part.
I already replaced the gas cap and disconnected the battery, the light went out, but in two days came back both of them.
I'm wondering what the relation is with the thermostat and the Track off Light?? Anyway, I'll change the thermostat first, because this looks easy.
No idea where this Master Cylinder Pressure Sensor is located??
Any idea or experience with this Check Engine - Track Off lighting?
Thanks for any answer or help!!

    Do the brake lights work?
That code sets if it sees brake pressure rise with no input from the brake light switch.

    Easy first check

Trac Off will always accompany a CEL on Toyota's with Traction Control, fix the CEL first.

Thanks guys! No, the brake light never came out, but the Tire pressure alarm, yes. I think the valve battery is bad, because the pressure is ok.
    Dm93, what is the CEL?
