Wow...over a month later and not even a response from Eibach on my warranty claim. I'm in Canada and my vendor made the warranty claim on my behalf. They didn't get any sort or reply so I decided to call the warranty number and email the email address on the Eibach Canada site. No replies to email but after 5 calls, I finally got a hold of a person. They basically told me they are the fulfillment company for Eibach USA and don't make decisions on warranty...well, I then called Eibach USA...they tell me to deal with my Canadian vendor and talk to Eibach Canada...what am I suppose to do? 6 weeks later and no one will even respond or tell me where this sits.

Any Eibach contacts on this forum that can help? Pretty poor warranty service so far.

To close the loop on all this. "Million Mile" warranty service absolutely sucks. Two months later and no one can tell me when new parts are being sent out to me. Opted to get a shop to put in my OE set up. Done with Eibach.

Product didn't last and warranty is a complete joke. I sincerely hope my previous positive posts didn't sway anyone to go with these. If you did, I hope your experience with Eibach is better.
