Yeah as soon as you mentioned DJI, I watched two reviews and was sold on it. It'll be here tomorrow.

How much did you end up getting for your Arrival and did you have to ship it also?

Just sold my V1 for $3350. $100 to PP fees and about $200 in shipping costs. So $3,050 all said and done, but mine is pretty beat with binned parts I used to assemble it complete again.

I'm not too upset since I got a WAO Arrival from Thunder Mountain Bikes for $3,500 around December. It came with the new v2 rear end and Triad wheels. Saddens me to let my OG go, but decent upgrade for $450.

So Industry9 just bought We Are One. That's a move I didn't really see coming.

I've saw word of it before, but I hang out in the WAO FB group and Arrival MTBR thread.
I'm fine with it as long as WAO keeps offering their series of wheels with other hub manufactures.
When I bought my new convergence wheelset last year Hope Pro 5 wasn't available on the website or via email.
However, neither were the 240DEG's I got. I love the 240's, but they don't have an HG Hub option and that aggravates me.

This same wheelset is now unavailable again, but with those hubs and CX Ray spokes it was $1250-$1350 shipped to me IIRC.

Wish I had grabbed a set earlier when they were on sale, price is up like $400 last time I looked.. I want some on the P321 hubs , never had an issue with my i9 1/1 though. Also hard to pull the trigger when my LB/240 wheelset refuses to die.

    not enough.
it sounds like WAO and I9 will continue to operate as is for now. I9 just has the money and culture that WAO really liked and vice versa. not to mention that WAO provided all the carbon rims for I9's wheels back in the day. i think this is good for both parties and ultimately the consumers (us). WAO's been going through some rough spots for about 2 years it seems.

    https://www.pinkbike.com/news/industry-nine-acquires-we-are-one-composites.html

have a read through this. it's dense but well worth it i think. gleaned a lot of info from it. there's also a FAQ at the bottom.

Cool article...thx for posting the link. Sounds like a pretty symbiotic relationship...I9 brings cash and stability, WAO brings innovation and carbon fiber secret squirrel witchcraft spells. Hopefully with I9's marketing budget they can restock some WAO tee's in sizes above Lilliputian. :D

Experimented with my first sram brake bleed last night. First two attempts the lever went straight to the grip and I was not having it... Third time was a charm and now i have a working brakes and a smile on my face :) hopefully it was just a learning curve deal lol

I don't suppose anyone could help me find where to purchase a new rear wheel for a 29inch Genesis onex?

You're going to have to get some calipers out, a quick search and we couldn't find the gapping for the rear hub.
You could offer to pay a bike shop a quick service fee to measure and give you details.

    Email the manufacturer

Sold my 2022 Firebird. Wanted to just get rid of it for the sake of not having to move it. Do I wish I had it to use until end of july and the roadtrip from Reno to Dallas? yes. Am I glad the guy in town from Arizona is going to beat the piss out of that bike and give his current bike to his kid? Yes. Also let him have 2 full face helmets and a decent smith halfshell for another 150 bucks.

I unfortunately also had the realization that the way I like to ride is way too risky for me now that I signed for Officer School and cannot afford any injuries.

If anyones ever in Tahoe or Reno soon I have a bunch of other stuff yall can have for free ( tailgate pad, Troy lee gloves & pants, Shock pump, multitool, tire levers, LED light ETC). Just want people to be able to get out and enjoy the sport. Hope by the time I'm at a duty station in 2.5-3 years I have some okay ish trails nearby. I'll be "restarting" but have more knowledge so I'll pick and choose wisely what I do and do not buy.

Small price to pay to make sure I stay prepared for whats now becoming my life path. Plus who knows maybe when I'm done with my 10 year contract I get a commercial pilot gig and only work 15 days a month and I'll be 33 so still young enough to get out and pedal. Assuming you can still buy non E-bikes in 10 years lol

Hell of an upgrade for the $$!
Sold it for $4300. No fees or shipping, came to pick it up from WY. Dude was super stoked, literally hooting and hollering as he pulled out of my driveway.
:bananadance::bananadance: Made me so happy that someone was that stoked. I was super sad to see her go, it's art and a collectible, but stoked someone is going to ride her hard and be happy.

Only sad thing is that WAO said they won't be making the bikes again. They really made the best quality bike I've seen, I was hoping a V2 would come one day.
I picked up a Triad MX set with the new P321 hubs this winter for $980 to my door built by WAO. Was beyond stoked. Love the hubs, they're super high quality. My hydras never had a problem, and the new Hope Pro5s are excellent. The Hopes seriously have the least amount of drag I've ever seen, and their engagement is spot on.
Currently have wheel sets built with Pro5, P321, 240, and Oneup. Using the ratchets on the Eebs, pawls on meat power.
