    Interview process @ the University where I work consists of a search committee, 6 people. During the interview, 5 or 6 questions are asked from each committee member going around the table one at a time. All sets of eyes are on the candidate as he or she needs to come up with the best answer NOW. Been promoted twice after initial hire over 21 years ago. I handle my own....

    Id like to note it wasn't a normal interview either. They do group meetings every Monday and Friday with their entire crew of technicians sobi met the whole crew. And sat in their meeting. Hope that's a good sign
