Backs are super easy prob 30 min. Fronts weren't to bad but time consuming

ordered my kiddo a 2025 that should be here in a few months and looking for insight on covers as well. I appreciate the suggestions here, one question I do have is the truck will have heated cloth front seats IIRC.... how well would the seat warmers work with a cover in them?

Yesterday I finished installing the EKR covers. The are nice for the price and easy to clean! Please ignore the mess, I was finishing tidying and cleaning everything up.

I have the EKRs and the seat heaters work through them. From someone who uses seat heaters a lot (even in summer for long trips, I run a lot and like the heat on my legs and back), I’d say the covers retain the original heating strength and function. I’d estimate that they probably take 30 seconds or so longer to come to full temp than without them. Hope that helps, can answer any questions about them. I have had them installed for 3 months, really can’t say enough good about them, they are fantastic.

Thats a perfect bit of information I was looking for thank you! I ordered and built truck through my work program and the only thing it didn't have was softex or leatherette seats.

I was in a somewhat similar situation. I have two small kids, so I was putting covers on the back regardless. I started with a neoprene set from Rough Country and it didn’t take long to start having concerns with the OEM fronts getting stains or discoloration. The EKRs were a safe try after so many on this forum had success with them and their price point. I went with all black from Amazon, which I think at the time was next day delivery for $229, which is insane value given what these are.

How are you all installing the EKR front seat covers since the felt panel on the back of the front seat blocks access to everything you need to secure the covers? Were you able to remove that panel somehow? Mine seems to be permanently attached to the underside of the seat as I can't feel a clip or anything. I have heated seats if that matters.

That felt is attached to a point under the seat with a small metal hook. It is a flexible line, but it is stretched taught. It takes a minute to locate it, but follow it down from the felt and pull it off of its mounting point under the seat.
