    They're a soup sandwich to work with. They make ordering far too hard and their customer support is abysmal. That's even if you even get your product. You're better off listening to the other members' posts and going elsewhere.

    I've used toyotapartsdeal. Beware their replacement codes. Even though you order the correct part with the correct color they often replace it with the wrong color. It's a bitch to return it. They are not helpful when waving the restocking fee even if you inquire and are assured it is the correct part and color before purchase.

    Just ordered from TPD and I’ll update with results next week. Hated to do it, but ordered the same part from an eBay seller and all they have done is create a shipping label and never took it to USPS. I’m gonna be really pissed if I have to dispute two sales from 2 different sellers.

    Update: I canceled my order and am getting from the dealer instead. I read more bad reviews about them from outside sources and they aren’t good.

    Did you read this thread? There are plenty of bad reviews right here, and there are multiple similar threads here on them. Did you not believe all the bad reviews here and needed more?

    If all goes well, you're good; as said. If all doesn't, you're fucked; ~ half the people posting in this thread have been fucked by them, but people keep rolling the dice to save a dollar instead of ordering direct from a dealer.

    Again, they are a middleman between you and the dealer and if there's an issue then they're a black hole and have your money; you may as well order from Toyota of Somalia as I'm sure their customer service is just as good as TPD- LOL.

    Adding my experience here. Ordered a rack & pinion for my '13 Tacoma and it showed up with the inner tie rod sticking through the end of the box. They shipped a $750 rack in just the part box with ZERO packaging inside and it was slopping around in transit so bad that the tape broke on both sides and the inner tie rod poked through. When confronted they have been the WORST in admitting any kind of mistake or offering a refund/replacement. I've been going back and forth with them for over a month and they just shift blame and keep moving goal posts saying they need more pictures of the damage when I've sent 10+ and it's pretty obvious they messed up. Do NOT recommend.
