2004 TRD will not turn over

Hey all. my truck will not turn over, i bypass starter relay and it starts, but without power windows, turn signals, speedo and tach.also i have to press the button by shifter to get out of park. i replaced starter relay, it didnt help. tried starting in neutral,didnt help , unlocked doors with key, didnt help, replaced 30amp power fuse under dash , didnt help, im stumped. any advice?

There is a large amperage bolt in fuse - AM2 - in the engine compartment fuse/relay box check that.
