Smaller tires are always more difficult.

I'm getting ready to put my dirt tires back on my WR, its nice having a road bike finally. Tires offroad make a massive difference.

All the talk recently about phones being too sensitive to mount to the bars got me looking for a GPS unit that would work. I just got one of these Beeline Moto 2 units, and I got a say if you want a discreet no frilla GPS/route planner this thing is awesome

That looks like it'd be perfect for a cafe racer type build

Or really anything, there's tons of mount options, and it just twists off to bring with you.

Looks really cool. If you buy it, I will happily purchase it used from you for half price.

True. I was just thinking the small size wouldn't take away from the look of the cafe bikes. Hell, I probably couldn't even see that thing anyway

Well the DS to SM swap is completed. Got his bike done in about 2 1/2 hours. Had to do a bit of modification to the side stand but nothing too hard. Then they left and I worked on mine. Got mine put together in about an hour and a half. I ran into one snag that won’t let me ride yet. The DS has a longer chain compared to the SM because of the rear sprocket size. His bike fit and had just enough to fit and get good chain slack. Mine on the other hand is too long. Pulled all the way back it is still not close to tight. So I can either order a new chain that can be here tomorrow or a master link and brake my chain down a couple links. I will make that decision in an hour or so. I need a shower. lol
Anyway here is a pic. I love the way it looks and can’t wait to ride it.

What size are those wheels? Tires look tiny on them

    Looking good!

We all know what you’re going to do!

Or… you could get bigger sprocket and wheelie machine!

The gearing is good for the power upgrades I have. It’s real close to what I had.
I order a new master link. The chain is still good and only needs a couple links removed. $15 vs $100.

Throwing this out there.. the DS has 106 links. and the SM has 104 links, per the book. This may save you some time.

Yes knew that information . I was just hoping the 106 would work but obviously didn’t.

Chain broke and ready for master link that will be here in the AM. Easy work with the motion pro tool.
