Ouch...glad I have a 4 banger. Rock has them for 6.99 ea (with Denso at $6.57/$6.58 ea). Plus shipping of course, but I usually find RockAuto quite reasonable for shipping. Shipping on 6 to me (03034) would be 7.99 - total $49.93. But of course if you're Prime, you would get it faster because the $7.99 is USPS. Given that, though whenever I've ordered from Rock, they've shipped out same day (if I order early enough) or next day at the latest.

Fake! They are not compatible with the 4.0 V6. That ignition system has a lower voltage and requires a copper plug with less resistance.

Purchase your parts on-line from Toyota's legitimate web site and from a dealership that is local to your area, and select the: "pick up parts at the dealership" option. If this is not practical, have them shipped to you. If the parts are in-stock, they will be ready for pick-up either that day, or the next. Otherwise, have them shipped to your address.

Their prices are competitive with brick-and-mortar store prices that carry OEM Toyota parts like filters and spark-plugs and not all dealers selling on the website charge the same prices: shop around

The site has sales, free pick-up and free shipping specials all of the time.

For those who would buy "shipped and sold by Amazon." Be aware that if there is a product that is sold by Amazon AND other vendors for "shipped by," many times it's all thrown into one pile. So even if Amazon brings in genuine, it may be combined with products shipped to Amazon for their "shipped by" program.

If the vendor supplies counterfeit items, and the particular product is one of those, you may still get a counterfeit. Amazon combines many products because they are not going to store same products separately because it would take too much warehouse space to do so. Usually, the only time it's guaranteed to be Amazon, is if it's something only they are selling and no other vendor to mix in.

If the parts don’t come from a dealer there’s always a chance they’re fake. Especially on any third party site

If they were from Advance, I don't see why they would NOT be genuine. Advance is an authorized retailer.

Note for RockAuto. A Redditor emailed Denso because Rock is not listed on their limited "list." Denso replied that Rock is not a directly authorized retailer, but they are "aware of their source" so is fine (I'm thinking Denso drop ships for Rock).

^^^This^^^: But Don't worry: The engine will "automatically" adjust the gap for you as you drive:  These had 115,000 on them when I removed and replaced them.

Sixity Auto holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Your iridium plugs will easily last 70-100K. My first set went 115K, although I pulled them at 80K and had to regap. I would have have replaced them but I did not have a new set onhand and had to get my truck back on the road at the time.

TO ME, when buying such parts from Amazon that are "shipped by Amazon," the issue is their practice of bulk storing stock from various sellers in one pile - they're not going to dedicated shelf space to any one seller. So even if Sixity supplies genuine parts for Amazon to stock/ship, there could very well be counterfeit stock mixed in.

Unless/until Amazon is able to sort their issue of counterfeit goods, I'll stick to known sources.

I came across something on youtube. I recall is saying to look at the box they come in. Theres slight differences which indicates counterfeit.

Somebody correct me if im wrong. Spark plug gap spec is .039-.044?
