Any idea what this leak may be and where it is coming from?

Hard to tell it may be that upper oil pan or the timing cover. The timing cover seems to be a super common leak spot ( there are lots of forums about it) I would suggest cleaning it and seeing were it is coming from. Honestly doesn’t look like that bad of a leak.

Looks like timing cover leak to me. Hard to say. I concur with @Owenhall -- if it's not dripping onto your driveway, it's not a big problem. If it is... easiest solution is a skid plate, to catch the drips. If that drips onto your driveway, and only then, would i consider fixing the timing cover.

My timing cover has just a small black spot on it as well it’s very hard to see , it doesn’t really change so I’m not going to mess with it. I just keep an eye on it.
Buy older vehicle standards that is just fine.
My parents 2017 ford f-150 leaks from everything looks like an old tractor underneath.
