    The big thing is go for a normal drive and don't do any harsh or abrupt stops.

    She's right about making sure the smell is gone and that the pads are bedded for a customer, it doesnt take much of a drive but its important.

    Only with performance pads is it truly critical, and the no stopping for hot spots is very important.

    Glad shes not yelling at me like kilmer lol.

    Interestingly enough, they don't do this with new cars coming off the assembly line, but I do mine whenever I change the brakes and a couple of times a year just for the heck of it.
    To be fair, I didn't watch the video but I do the bedding process per the instructions in the box the pads/shoes come in.
