I was selling my old CRT gaming monitor for $50 on Facebook marketplace.
People were asking if I'd let it go for 10 or 20 bucks.

Sold it yesterday for what I asked.

Took that money and put it towards the tool cart from HF.

 

All that whining this morning, and I caved in and listed the truck this morning. Let's see how long I keep it listed.

I just want something fun to drive again.

 

Probably too much for me but how much you list it for?

 

Sent the listing via messenger.

I have room to breathe on it. Just not giving it away.
If you want to talk about it, you know the number.

I'm just bored, and if I dont get rid of it, I'm gonna do something stupid.

 

I had looked at comps when we sold the old Rav4 and priced it a shade lower just to get it over with. One guy tried beating me down $300 "if I have cash"? I answered explaining in the past year we'd had brakes, tires, and exhaust done that cost (I forget now) so I think our price is fair as it is, and I only accept cash but I'm curious what other form of currency you might have, I'm willing to consider old BMX bikes. No answer.

 

Got Michelin Defender LTX M/S 2s installed on the truck this weekend. I had the previous version on my last F-150 and forgot how much of an improvement they are over the factory Hankooks!

And the early morning 5 hour round trip plus the 65 bucks I spent to rent a trailer was a complete waste of time and money. Car barely turned over and had an obvious misfire. Also just overall in worse shape than it appears in photos. Check engine light on and 13 codes.
