    Hey, Tacoma community!

We know your rig is your pride and joy, and your dog is your ride-or-die co-pilot. But let’s face it—muddy paws, sharp claws, and restless pups can quickly turn your truck’s backseat into a chaos zone. Whether you're hauling your furry buddy to the trailhead for an adventure, embarking on a cross-country camping trip, or simply cruising to the vet, our new dog car seat cover is engineered to handle every kind of pet-fueled mayhem without compromising safety or convenience.

    Key Features:
    • Heavy-Duty Build: Crafted from durable 600D Oxford cloth, this cover laughs off scratches, spills, and whatever “adventures” your dog brings on board.
    • Triple-Layer Waterproof Protection: The robust, waterproof design keeps rain, mud, and those unexpected “oops” moments away from your seats.
    • Secure Installation: Thanks to the non-slip rubber backing and adjustable seatbelt anchors, your seat cover stays in place—no sliding, no bunching, and no distractions while driving.
    • Seatbelt Access & Customizable Coverage: Integrated seatbelt access holes ensure easy harness attachment, while the split-zipper design lets you configure the cover as a full hammock for solo pup rides or fold it down when you’ve got both canine and human passengers.
    • Comfy & Easy to Clean: With a soft, breathable lining that's gentle on your dog (ideal for seniors with achy joints), maintenance is a breeze. Simply shake out, wipe down, or hose off after a day at the beach—no machine wash required.
    • Perfect Fit for Midsize Trucks: Designed to fit models like Toyota Tacoma 2024+ (54”W x 56”L). Plus, extra storage pockets are available to stash treats, leashes, or that emergency towel you always seem to forget until you need it.
So whether you're navigating bustling city streets or rugged, bumpy backroads, keep your truck protected, your pup safe, and your focus squarely on the journey ahead.

Ready to upgrade your truck setup? Strap in, hit the gas, and let the adventures begin with TRUMGETA’s ultimate back seat cover for dogs by your side!

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and seeing your epic setups on the trail!

    The TRUMGETA Team

    Looks like a quality product.

One note for hybrid owners - this and other seat covers seem to hang over the sides of the back seat, and will block the ventilation grills for the under-seat hybrid battery.

I had to trim back the cover I bought (not the OP's product).

while I was intrigued to see how well it matched the gray or granite softex interior, def some turn-offs on the design. first being the ugly massive text across the back of it, versus clean and plain fabric. second being the chunked up front center window (although points for zip-down). third being that it's clearly not even shown in 4th gen tacoma, or at least I haven't see one with ceiling mounted grab handles for the rear bench. And fourth being who the heck cares what the total "long" is? It's pretty meaningless. What matters is the "long" of the intended (hard) bottom floor area.

Photos are third gen. Front seat headrest and round vent / screen config are additional giveaways.

This was likely overkill, or the one you bought was thicker/too different. I have an HV and have used two different hard bottom hammocks for the 4-legged. The flaps hanging down loosely do not press tightly or obstruct the vents from drawing airflow. I've had zero issues or system warnings in >4K of driving with their entry side flap being down. There is no need to trim them.

If you were worried to the point of trimming, why not just fold them back under the bottom side of the cover?
(Personally this in the gray/black is a really close match and much cleaner visually. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DHGKWZ52?th=1 )

Sorry Trumgeta, but this one missed the mark (although I think your high lift plugs and even where you ended on your roof rack were very nice! [on the roof rack you could include black plug caps for over the bolts rather than recommending caulk that could be a PITA to remove and re-access the bolt head]). The post fails to mention whether this is soft or hard bottomed.
