I’ve asked that question and have read countless threads about it. Then I came across this guy who mounted 37’s on his tundra, and describes the science behind the process. It was really interesting. Im having a “case of the Mondays” here at work, so I’m having trouble deep thinking the video. Is there something comparable for the Tacoma that I have not seen yet that I can watch?

TA is generally a good authority on Tacomas. The Tundra should be similar enough, just bigger.

That youtuber guy "TA" produces top-quality content, both technically and with his video shooting & editing.

Be sure to look through his back catalog and watch his video about pizza-cutter tires. TL;DR they're pretty damn good for most purposes, aside from soft sand / soft mud.

Yeah I remember the narrow tire pros and cons awhile back. This guy is using the narrow tire idea. What was interesting was the science behind when to actually use offset and how there is a formula for it. “TA” is that Tacomahalic? I did a TA search and didn’t find anything.
