Stopped at Walmart today. Sometimes you buy cars because they are cool even if it’s not a type you collect. Friend had one of these when I was younger 84 svo

 

And sometimes you find one you do collect. Have to open this one and fix that front tire that’s coming off

 

SVT … young kid asked me to get it for him (high peg) today.
Had the whole set in Silver Series… went away recently. Think a mustang fan picked them up.

You’re right, I remember both… there were just so many SVT. My all time favorite is still the Chrysler GLH…

I don’t think I’ve seen those. I honestly don’t recall. Mostly C10s…

 

It's a mainline one out this year... but there haven't been new HWs here in months. I look less and less and spend more time in the wood shop.

 

I haven’t seen much new either. Some stores are restocking, but others aren’t and I see empty pegs. It’s so crazy as 1/2 the dollar tree/dollar general/dg market, family dollar have an empty or missing section or less than a dozen. Mainlines at Walmart are rarely updated (I have seen the dump bin updated with fresh). Target seems to be the most reliable, but there are only a few of them.
