aisin clutch for 99 tacoma 3.4 2wd?

Finally gonna go ahead and have the transmission rebuilt. I was looking for a clutch ( AISIN CKT040) and found the following comment. I'd like to verify this (see below). Also is the aisin store on Amazon legit? Seems like it would be but I've heard so many stories about auto parts on amazon being sold as a brand the aren't. Any comments are appreciated.

"If you have a V6 3.4l make sure you check the Toyota Factory Service Manual before installing. Aisin marks one side of the clutch disc T/M, and that side goes toward the transmission on most vehicles, but NOT on the V6 3.4. On those, the T/M side goes toward the flywheel!!"

Reviewed in the United States on June 2, 2024 If you have a V6 3.4l make sure you check the Toyota Factory Service Manual before installing. Aisin marks one side of the clutch disc T/M, and that side goes toward the transmission on most vehicles, but NOT on the V6 3.4. On those, the T/M side goes toward the flywheel!! The Factory Service Manual, and many threads on Tacoma and 4runner forums will confirm this.
