Thanks, took my time on this one. I also put in focal’s front and rear and it all sounds amazing together. On a side note, while I hade everything apart I cleaned the seatbelts and Wow what a difference in color and now they retract without help.

I went with the ICU570’s front and rear, they are a little bright but with some tuning this is my favorite build to date. I tried some Infiniti reference first but they sounded like tin cans. I didn’t want to spends thousands of dollars on this build like I have in the past, I repurposed the sub and amp and had left over sound dampening from years ago. The last 6 systems I built using mostly Infiniti kappa, alpine, Kenwood and oem audio plus. I’m sure there are better sounding options out there but this is the first system I’ve had that won’t distort when pushing past what volume I consider loud enough. Then again I’m older now so maybe I don’t listen as loud as I used to lol

Anyone tried the Alpine SS-SB10 shallow preloaded enclosure? A local shop has recommended that for my Tacoma double cab, and let me listen to a similar set up in another customer's Tacoma, and it sounded really good to me, plus fit nicely behind the drivers side rear seat (did require removing the plastic storage tray/trim however). He talked me out of the Trail Grid Pro offered Alpine powered sub, since I listen to a lot of different styles of music and he said that smaller one was more punchy and wouldn't hit the lower frequencies that the SB10 would. Install is set up for Saturday, and it will have a dedicated amp and they are also installing a smaller 4 channel amp to run the factory speakers (for the time being), so I'm hoping it works well!

Update: work was completed yesterday and I"m happy with the results! With the small kicker amp driving the factory speakers, it sounds very balanced and loud when cranked (and I don't have to use as much volume to get the same level of sound). The subwoofer is almost overpowering. I have the bass dial turned down to the halfway mark, and that seems to work well for my listening style. Shop used one of the blank switches for the bass dial, and it looks good.
