No power outlet in 2025 bed

Looking to see if anyone has ideas for a power source for bed of TRD off road 2025 , it did not come with power outlet

 

Wait, I thought this was standard? Power outlet on right side and usb/12v on the left?

Ridiculous. My 2013 TRD Sport had that feature. When shopping last Nov., noticed it wasn't available in the TRD Sport. Vexes me that Toyota moved it to more upper level trims.

 

My 2025 SR5 has no outlets in the bed, just the two LED lights.

 

I’ve got the SR5 and I planned on installing at least the OEM 12v panel. Anyone know if the wiring harness is back there?

 

It's in both the OR Upgrade and OR Premium trim. Not sure if available as an individual option.

Something some of us 5 luggers use. Much more flexible than the OE setup.

Honestly, IMHO it ought to be in every 4x4 they sell at the very least

 

It's included in the TRD Sport Upgrade and Premium packages, at least for 2025.

 

Is that the Off Road or the Pro tape?

 

It should be standard in all trims.

Nope. My non-premium TRD-OR has power to the back. It's a covered outlet above the cubby on the passenger side.

 

Toyota really cheapened out on Gen4. Bed outlet was standard in Gen2 and 3 TRD models.

 

That's confusing. I wouldn't buy a new Tacoma without it.
