Where are you feeling the vibration? Typically at speed is a balance problem. Road force is an absolute joke, it could still be the tires.

What I'm experiencing is identical to what OP describes. Cabin shaking left/right, most visibly seen by the passenger seat, but no vibration in the steering wheel.

I haven't really noticed the kind of rhythmic vibration people get with the needle bearing but I don't think that bearing would shake the entire cabin at 75 mph.
The truck had a 2" lift put on by the first owner so maybe the needle bearing does need to be replaced.

Another possibility I've considered is the drive shaft, but with only 7,000 miles?? I guess anything is possible.

Man I’m having the same issue vibrations around 50mph-75mph if you have a drink in the cup holder it shakes like crazy. It’s in the seats and floorboards. It’s not a balance issue so I’m not sure what it could be.

My 2022 had multiple issues that ultimately led me to sell it, but before I did, I was able to solve the highway vibration issue (pass seat shaking, etc). I tried 4 sets of tires and the AG leaf hangers. New rotors and drums. I had the tires balanced at multiple Discount Tire locations and my local Toyota dealership, all using road force machines. They all said the tires were balanced, but the vibration continued. I also thought about the driveshaft. Eventually a friend recommended a local shop that does wheel/tire ‘match mounting’ so I decided to give that a shot. This shop was able to tell me exactly what was off with balance and runout and had it all fixed within an hour. Cost $250 (they did all 5), but the truck, with 275/70/16 K02s, was as smooth as a Camry at 90 mph. Crazy the difference it made. Almost too civilized to be a Tacoma. Hope this helps.
