Hey KB - I have a true but hilarious story to tell you. I have a nephew whose daughter is a "trend-lemming" - embraces whatever the latest podcaster tells her to do. Well, if she had an Original Idea and a cold drink of water at the same time, it would kill her dead. Room Temp IQ.

Anyway, she borrowed Dad's car and decided to be a nice girl and fill up the tank. She is a firm believer in protecting the environment so she grabs the green pump handle because Green Means Environment And Green Is Good....and puts a tankful of Diesel  into a gasoline car. For some reason :notsure: the engine stopped dead.

If anyone is interested in the hardcap tonneau that came with the truck from the dealership, here are two pics. A pic of the one-piece hardshell TruckHero Undercover Elite tonneau and a closeup of the handle. (Truck Hero is now sold under the RealTruck name)
Retails for $1300, it's like new excellent condition, I'll sell it for half that + shipping = $650 + shipping (UPS?). I reckon I'll get a bunch of bubble wrap, a lot of cardboard and tape the hell out of it.

dangit! I just tried to start a Sell thread for the tonneau and I got an automated heads-up from the site that I have to have at least 50 posts of substance before I can start any threads in the Buy/Sell/Trade section. D'oh!

Starboard side of El Taco where I applied aftermarket trim strips to cover up the fading OEM ones.

Portside - got them off Scamazon. Inexpensive. If you take your time and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS they are very easy to apply. A little bit of prep, carefully peel off the backing, carefully align the trim strip and voila!

D'oh! I need to crop the bottom of that pic to edit out my beergut. It used to be a sixpack and now it's a keg.
